What is all needed for decent priced street set up

I want a decent setup for my daily driver thats thats not gonna cost me to much, the car is only street driven and is at stock height, just looking for a little better handling over the stock set up. Besides shocks what else do you suggest( rear sway bar, front sway bar, torque arm. lower panhard bar). I know all will help but just wondering if i only go with two of the above mentioned parts along with shocks what would you suggest. I already have sub frame connectors and boxed lower control arms.

Also what kind of shocks should i go with that won't cost more than four hundered for the set of four.

recommendations for great handling/confort (you can get both).
    keep stock springs.
get Koni SA (will allow lowering of 3/4" due to 2 perch locations)
    keep stock PHR, LCA
get bigger front swaybar... 35 or 36mm
    keep stock rear swaybar
    get a good alignment.

You'll be amazed and won't cost you too much... shocks + front swaybar only

it's worth spending a bit more on shocks and not spend on the other items you were mentionning... better overall package... and you can always change those other items at a later time... but the gain from great shocks is what REALLY makes the HUGE difference.

Shocks and front sway bar it is, can you point me to where i can find a good price on them? And are the factory alignment specs good to go with or is there some other angles you guys on here are going with?

great place to get your stuff... www.stranoparts.com
    alignment
    castor: +4.5'
    toe: 0
camber: -0.5' if you can get there... don't go more than -1.0' since it's a street car mainly... but stay in the negative.

Last question, is one perch for stock height and one for lowered cars? Or can you use either perch for stock height and if so which one?

Ok so i was all about the koni's until i realized that price was per shock not per front pair and rear pair,so they cost something like nine hundred. I could afford them but i'm just too cheap to spend that much on shocks. Whats something good that goes for under five hundred for a set of four.

Koni SA aren't that expensive... those are probably DA.
strano sells the kit @ 770.
If that is too much, call him, he might be able to setup w/ something else.

    As for the perch question.
one is stock location, the other is ~3/4" drop.
