I have driven a few track cars without front sway bars on the street. How does the F-body feel without it? Any bad manners?

I havent had a front sway bar for most of the summer. It was kinda hard to get used to, but my car isnt a corner carver anyway. It has a larger BMR swaybar in the back. Taking it off helped with my launches quite a bit. But note, removing the sway bar at the track would be easy. You only have to remove one side for it to do its deed on the launch. I removed mine totally because I was on a diet.

Any idea how many pounds you have dropped? What all did you strip off?

Eh not much, I added a damn Moser 9"! All I have done is remove the rear seats, front swaybar, spare tire/jack.

I never noticed any difference after removing my front swaybar.

To be fair, I adjusted some driving also. I know since the beginning of the year the things I have done made a great improvement, front sway bar is just tossed in the list.

I drove my 93 T/A without a swaybar for years and never had a problem.
