Watts Linkage vs. Panhard bar

I was looking at buying some new lower control arms for my car since somehow the stock passanger side one has become bent. While I was looking I decided to look into the control arm with panhard bar packages. But while looking I noticed something called a Watts Linkage. Now I was wondering if any of you guys had any experience with the Watts Linkage and which is better for a car that will eventually be set up for the drag strip?

The Watts link has been around a long time... just not for the F-body. Mustangs have been using them for years. They are more for the best cornering and ride than for drag racing.... however, on cars that have a lot of rear suspension movement when launching it's been reported that a watts link can help make the car leave straighter.
