Are Upper and Lower control arms neccessary?

I am wondering if it is worth while to put front lower control arms on my car. If yes then should I put upper ones as well? Are they worth it. What is the difference in handling?

My car currently has an upgraded torque arm, rear LCAs, panhard rod, subframes, strut brace, lowering springs, and upgraded shocks. I use my car for auto cross racing. If I do buy front control arms I really only want to do the lower ones.

Any help please. If you have front control arms let me know how the install went too.

    Thanks

why would you want them ? is there something specific you wish to obtain ?
can you provide more details on the parts you mentionned above ?
Are you just trying to get more camber out of it ? Assuming you are talking abou t the A-arms.

I was referring to the one's on tbyrnemotorsports.com website. The BMR ones. Other sites make some too. I understand the benefit from the camber adjustments. Is this the only thing that it is good for? Does the weight reduction make much of a difference? Is the added strength of these parts noticeable in terms of handling? That is pretty much what I wanted to know.

    thanks

If anything, run FAR FAR away from BMR A-arms.
you can get great A-arms that will not just fail on you. 2 good places are LG, UMI. There's the weight advantage, but most importantly, the use of proper helm joints.
if you are looking into weight reduction, you might get better results from the UMI k-member.
