Tire alignments for racing
What are the recommended alignment settings if i know i'm going to be doing high speed s-turns?
ALSO WHAT ARE THE STICKIEST Z RATED TIRES & SIZE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT ARE F BODY FRIENDLY FOR STREET RACING (VS DRAG RACING) are wider rear tires simply better all else being equal? ?Last edited by bossho; 11-08-2009 at 03:56 PM.

if you're really serious about road racing you might want to get some adjustable upper a-arms so you can go more extreme. stock has limited adjustability.
the tire question is one that is not easy to answer. first of all you need to specify which size wheels they're going on. also, different tires can be geared more for autox or road course use for example. a super sticky autox tire may be amazing for that, but will get destroyed after relatively few laps of heavy abuse on a road course. on the other hand, a great road course tire won't get hot enough to be used to it's full potential on an autox track. i would recommend wide tires all around. you cannn fit 315's all around if you want, but 275's are normally plenty. you could run different widths front/rear but you want to avoid having one end of the car getting more grip than the other.
