suspension....HELP PLEASE

hey guys im stuck on suspension an dont know which way to go.....(spring an shocks) or (coilovers) an (who's)......i want the best suspension for max traction an weight transfer at the track...but yet also a good handling suspension for driving around an cornering...im not worried bout how much...any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED....THANKS GUYS

Basically what this guy said.

you cannot set your Camaro for both the 1/4 and for canyon carving as the setups are the exact opposite.

for the 1/4 you need soft shocks and springs to get more traction, while making your car into a canyon carver you need MUCH stiffer springs and shocks that can handle the stiffness of the springs, that is, not having your body bouncing off of the bumps like a pogo stick.

If you want to do both 1/4 times and canyon carving, you'll need to compromise for both, which will get you a compromised ride.

Now, I've heard of F-body owners who have cut 1.6 60ft times on Koni's but I figure that's due to someone who knows what they're doing, that is, GREAT techniques for the 1/4 mile.
