    I purchased bolt-on 3 point UMI's because I wasn't sure if my HPM tunnel mounted torque arm would fit. It was more practical to bolt em on and make sure everything fit. And you know what, you can weld em if you want. Yeah, I am gonna weld em on, but it is not necessary.

    Being a track junkie and a car guy are two different things. Weld ins are best for what you use it for, but to a guy that runs into the ocassional twisties, bolt ins are just fine.

    People that say you cant remove weld ons are crazy, I have had SLP weld ons for 2 years and I just pulled the off with a grinder, and welded in UMI boxed sub frame connectors cause I have bet the cr*p out of the slp's over the years and noticed a tad less stiffness in the chassis. I liked the triangled support of the SLP's better...
