    Should I change anything else?

My car currently has Hotchkis springs and bilstein shocks along with welded SFC's. I havent changed anything else suspension wise. I am installing a big cam and some ported 243 heads in February (It's killing me to have them sitting in my garage right now but I'm broke from Christmas) and I was wondering if you guys could give me some input on anything else I need to do suspension wise to help the car hook better. The current setup worked awesome on my 98 WS6 which put around 380 to the wheels. The car launched great. With my new setup I will be shooting for around 430 or so to the wheels. Should I go ahead and change out the rest of the suspension?

    torque arm
    bigger rear sway bar
    lose front sway bar.
front sway bar just ditch while at the track.

I got DR's already on some spare rims in my garage. Which Torque arm do you suggest? I was looking at UMI suspension parts on Ebay after reading your post. They wont break the bank it seems.

tunnel mounted would take the stress off the tranny.
You know then again if you have the 10 bolt less traction might be a good thing

I put a girdle on it and synthetic fluid so hopefully it lasts a little longer... I have actually never blown out a 10 bolt out of all four F bodies I've owned. I have replaced this one because it was making noise. I guess that means I'm due to grenade one. My brother went through three on his 98 A4 with just bolt ons so I have been very lucky. I appreciate the advice. I don't want to make a ton of power and not put it to the ground

I went with all UMI pieces for our car -- the fit and quality has been great. Like you, I wanted to address the weak links in the suspension and both the stock lower control arms and panhard bar are pretty flimsy. You could also add a set of relocation brackets, but as noted above, hooking your car on the 10 bolt with the power you are making may not be a good thing.

Yeah I drive it a lot, but not every day. It's noisy already cause I put the poly bushing set in, and the exhaust hits the torque arm under hard acceleration

I just bought a UMI tunnel mount for our car -- we'll see how it does in a few months when I can finally drive it again. Hopefully, as an A4, it won't be too bad.

You have a stock G80 carrier and you have not broke it yet or 1 out of four them things are grenades waiting to blow. Add slicks and thats the fuse.
