"Yep we know about it. They also bought umisucks.com and umisucksd*ck.com but once I found it I posted in the private sponsor and they took them down in embarrassment. Hey if UMI clears the FRC's buy those. I had an slp stb and the guy I was using to paint my frc's recommended bmr so it would clear the frc's is reason for the switch. I have strano springs/koni set up and plan on his hollow sways very soon. I also have UMI adj phb & relo brackets and plan on a set of umi's LCA's with roto-joints & sfc.

The point I was making was if you buy an STB get one that'll clear any future mods.

Edit: If you purchase one get a bmr. Reason, if you ever get FRC's the bmr will clear them.

A STB adds the same performance gains that those Corvette coil covers(more commonly called fuel rail covers, FRC) will add, ZERO.
Actually Y2K,My FRC's deflect water from pooling on the injectors when I wash the car. Don't know if anyone else has noticed this around #4, but my cowl did leak on top of the motor when draining. Might not be a performance gain, but don't have to worry about "booming" the engine.

Yep! Mine leaked on the coil packs killing one of them over time..

For a part that most people agree that will most likely not help this thread is going and going and going and going, lol.

The convertible owners unanimously agree that a STB helps, for the record.

I like the fuel rail covers, too. I found these:

Kinda pricey. But they're a good company - got stuff from them in the past.

I didnt say i didnt agree, ive had STB's on all my Camaro's except this one. Most posts ive seen dont show alot of positive feedback on them. Although i will be buying one soon myself. I did notice today actually driving to my doctors that my steering wheel had alot of vibration or shake as stated in a earlier post. I didnt notice that vibration or shake on my other camaro's.

Its not unanimous, I had one on my SS vert, couldn't tell a bit of difference with it or without it.
