Removing the bump stops?
What happens if you remove the bump stops? Do you sell aftermarket ones? The reason I'm asking is a want a better fit for my 17x11(315) rear tires

I removed the bumpstops on my car to run 17x11 wheels and never had any issues with not having them... just dont go jump the car and you'll be fine...

triple-black- 2000 CamaroSS convertible
if you get new ones, get the z28 version of them... not the SS version of it.
the z28 version is better, and does a better job... they are more progressive and pointy.. the SS are very flat.Eugenio_SS
almost stock triple-black 2000 SS convertible with 17x11s on all 4 w/ 315s at the track or on the street with 18x10.5s on all 4 w/ 315s: (1), (2)

Why does everyone think that you can't run 11's with the stops? You can, it's not a problem at all, I do it. The only time the two might hit is when the axle is hanging, like when the car is on a lift. Just don't start the car and put in gear and it's fine. DO NOT RUN WITHOUT REAR BUMPSTOPS unless you like chasing you tail. Funny things happen to handling when you really pound on the rear suspension, and you break things too.
