rear end
Hello all!!! I just got done taking the rear end of my 2001 ws6 and put 373 gears in as well as other things. I notice that there was a hole on top of the rear end housing. I pretty sure I put everything back together right, and had no extra parts laying around. This hole looks like something goes in there but i dont have any idea what it could be. Its right above the girdle and behing the lip on top if that makes any sense. Someone told me its a vent hole but i dont want any fluid spraying out of it. If anyone knows about this please help!!!!!

It's for the Wheel Speed Sensor to Slip into. You may want to check to make sure you haven't disconnected it and left it laying some where.
Good Luck
