?2. can air bags raise the rear of car like make it higher?

? are air bags inflated is it like airing up a tire? if yes where is the tube located? or do you have to crawl under the car to inflate?

Its mounted inside the spring and helps the spring not contract. You shouldn't run pressure on the street is what ive been told; I guess you could if you have it on both sides. Theres a tube that comes off the bottom of the bag with a Schrader valve like on a wheel.
I like work. It fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.
