Question about my stock rearend?
I have a 2002 WS6. It has 350rwhp. Does anyone think this is too much power for my stock bottom end. Should i invest in a 12 bolt. Whenever i take off from a light or stop sign i hear a weird noise coming from the back end of my car. I don't take off hard enough to spin the tires or anything. It sounds like a grinding noise. Could that be my rearend acting up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Danny

um, i don't think so. i put 481 rwhp with 130 rwhp n2o on the stock rear in the wife's car. the only change has been to 3.73 gears.

Think about upgrading when you start breaking stuff frequently...no need to buy a 12 bolt right away, especially if you're not drag racing every weekend.
