    question

I am basically just trying to make my car a 2000 as m6 ride really smooth over bumps. I live in Maine where the roads are horrible. My car is stalk hight and I don't wanna lower it. So basically my question is should I buy rear lower control arms and a torque arm or do these mods only do anything for a lowered car?sorry for the length of my post.

The bilstens are going to help a lot, id recommend going through all the bushings and make sure they aren't worn or damaged

I'd second Alex's suggestion. You could also check into aftermarket springs. Changing the stock ones out for ones designed more for comfort could help, too.

Alex answer you about the shocks so I'll answer your other questions.

Since you're not wanting to lower the car get some non-adjustable full length Torque Arm, LCA's and PHB. I'd also recommend removing the TA off the tail cone of the rear of the tranny with a TA relocation kit. It upgrades the suspension while keeping it all in stock locations.

I'm using UMI and can say I love their stuff.

I also agree with Walt - talk to Strano about what springs he has to keep you at stock ride height.

You will love the Bilsteins. Check your springs as well.

Look at the frame holes that your rear lcas bolt through. The stock holes are too large for the bolts, and they like to "slap" when you hit bumps. If you are waay serious about ride quality, you may look into a smaller rim with taller tires. Otherwise, I second everything everyone else has said.

    This..

Short side walls are stiff, especially in the 45-40 or less range.

Yeah I've already replaced my springs but they made my car Hella high lol it went from dropped to a 4x4. But I'm hoping the springs will settle in with time some. So will rear lower control arms do anything for a stalk hight car?
