Lubing bushings in front control arms

The poly bushings in my front control arms make a crunching noise in low temperatures and also if I go over a pot hole or something that causes a lot of suspension travel.

Is there any way to lube these without having to remove the control arm?

Your best bet is to remove them and use the Energy Suspension grease which is designed to be used only on poly bushings. If you use the grease properly you will most likely never need to lube them again.
