    Lowering kit

Folks, I am looking for a kit ready to install to lower my z. I'm interested in lowering an inch or maybe two. Let me know what you guys think is a good moderate lowering kit. Open to any recommendations! Thanks!!!

Also keep in mind that when you lower the car you need to correct for pinon angle on the rear. An adjustable Torque Arm and Lower Control Arms is what's needed to correct it. In addition to BMR look at UMI Performance as well.

I have the Hotchkis 1" drop springs in mind and still like them.

Thank you for the advice. Do you recomend a brand/model/ retailer for the adjustable torque arm and lower control arms?
    Thanks again!

I've use UMI Performance on about 95%. I can only speak from my experience with their product and customer service. They are American made in PA.

Both have been great. They even warned me that one of their products would have issues with me on the street and recommend me not getting it. Their Driver Safety Loop sits too low for street applications.

Regarding Adjustable Torque Arms - If you're not heavy tracking it then get the full length TA. The short one is more designed for the track.

BMR has some good products (I've been told) but again I've not used them. Another company is Mid West Chassis. I have their Driver Safety Loop and have to say that it's the best designed DSL out there. It tucks up in the driveshaft well and has zero clearance issues. They also have other suspension components as well. I know someone that is using them and he speaks well of their product too.

Now there are some ebay companies out there. SOme I've heard good reviews from ppl local while others I would be weary of cheap knockoff overseas stuff.
