lower control arms and panhard bar

Umi sells single and double adjustable lower control arms and panhard bar which one is the better option, can someone tell me what the differences are. I know its the both sides that can be adjusted but why should i buy the double adjustable ones do i need it or not.

With a double adjustable bar, you can adjust it on the car without dropping one end out of the mount.

correct!

I went with single b/c i am cheap. The way I look at it is once you adjust it you don't need to mess with it anymore for a street car.

So basically you need it to be double adjustable if your more serious like at the track and stuff. I m not going to be doing those adjustments my self so i guess ill cheap out to lol
