Prothane P/N 7-227 appears to be the front bushings with shells.

Energy Suspension P/N 3.3164 is another option.

I have removed and pressed in a bunch on our older cars. In order to avoid damaging the control arm, I generally cook the bushing out, notch the shell with my Sawz-all and then collapse it in order to remove it. In pressing the new bushing in, you just have to be careful not to bend the sheet metal. For older style control arms I have a set of oak block spacers I made that are inserted to support the control arm as you press in the new bushing.
