    I have UMI tubular SFC's, LCA's, PHB & TQ Arm. no complaints. only thing thats boxed is the transmission crossmember.

    You'll be good either way. IMHO unless you're going to be a hard core high tq track monster, I wouldn't sweat between box vs tubular. More important is the brand quality. UMI, BMR, MWC all have execellant reps.

    It has to do with the cross-sectional area of boxed vs. tubular.
    It's on jackstands.
