Looking for springs for .75" drop
Any springs that do this small of a drop?

The rubber hose mod does a 1/2" to 3/4" drop in the rear. I don't know of any springs offering that small of a drop offhand. Is there a specific reason you're looking for only that much? Most of the popular springs lower around 1-1/2 to 2 inches, which looks pretty nice on our cars.
Boost gets you laid, unless your name is Jon.

I just don't want to be slamming the front end on inclines, undercar components hitting speedbumps, etc.

Heater hose mod will probably be the way to go for that small of a drop. Other then that strano springs typically give the smallest drop out of the quality springs on the market. But they vary alot depending on what model and trim f body you have. Probably the biggest complaint against them.
Mods - Lid, Skip Shift Eliminator, MGW shifter, UMI SFCs, Founders Lower Control Arms, Founders Panhard Bar, Founders Adj. Torque Arm, UMI Torque arm mount, MWC Drive shaft safety loop, KONI Yellows, Strano Springs, Strano Sway bars, UMI Upper and lower A Arms, 160 thermostat, TSP headers and TSP true duals Monster stage 2 clutch, racetronix fuel pump, Strange S60 rear axle and tune by Frost.

The Strano springs are the most popular and offer about a 2" drop. I have them installed with Koni 4/4 shocks. My lowest point is at the exhaust where my Kooks 1-7/8" headers/3" Kooks y-pipe connect and I have never scrapped on any incline, over a speed bump, etc. I have about 3/4 of a pop can clearance from the ground, or about 4" at the lowest point....that point is far enough back from the wheels that it doesn't really matter.
