    LCA Relocation Brackets

I've had some UMI LCA Relocation brackets sitting around for about 6 mo (bought em with my suspension since I was lowering 1"). Got around to installing them this morning and noticed the biggest difference was shifting from first to second.

I was kind of upset that I had to cut the brake line bracket since UMI sold me saying no modification, but oh well. And, have it in the lowest setting at the moment.

I'll post up a pic or two after I can figure out where my camera cord went.

Is this a worthy mod when lowering?

Not sure I follow with the part about cutting the brake bracket line. You didn't cut the brake or parking brake line did you??

Yeah...those relocation brackets make a big difference. It gets your pinion angle back to where it should be after lowering a car. With that said, I consider it a must when lowering a car. Congrats on finally putting them on.

lol... I guess how you write it is as important as what you write. I meant brake line bracket, not the brake bracket line.

do you have yours set on the lowest hole or middle? I read the lower is better for straight line traction and the upper is more for control on turns. I dunno though.

Okay...gotcha now. Yeah have to cut the tab on the bracket.

I have mine on the bottom hole. Not sure about the other holes and whether or not they're better for cornering control. Maybe ask Strano a question about that.
