    Kyb agx??

I am considering some KYB AGX adjustable shocks/struts. I am at 107,000 so it definitely time. Are these a good performance strut? I want a very firm suspension.

There's gonna be a ton of response to you getting Konis instead....but for the price the KYBs are a good value for us non-autoX guys.

At the stock height, the KYB's will be fine.
    Lowered....they aren't that good.

I would like to consider lowering the car. what is involved in that? Is it just aftermarket springs??

    Depends....

If you drop you will want an adjustable panhard bar to center the rear. As well as LCA's and brackets to keep the angles all right.

Save a little longer and buy better shocks. I made the mistake of buying KYB AGX. I regretted it.

You could do better with SLP Bilsteins. When you lower it you'll need an adjustable Panhard bar and LCA Relocation Brackets.
