Yeah but your getting more use outta this mod than anything on your car, its not like you floor the car everywhere you go so all your h.p. mods are only noticed a handful of times a week. You notice this anytime your driving the car.

haha that's true, but you've already got the head and cam swap for ur 407 rwhp. I'd love to get more power at first but it would be easier to convince the parents to allow me to get shocks and springs before tearing out the whole top end. I'll lower it for just the looks alone, but i'm glad to hear this combo is good... i'll definitely have to get it next year.

power is nothing w/o control, or if you can't apply it.
I have plenty of power now, but i made sure the car could handle, brake and take the power before applying it...
our cars in stock form w/ 500hp is plain scary.

it really is a great DD/track use setup. i DD my SS and have tracked it a couple times now on strano springs/sways/4-4s with GSD3 tires and i love it. Nitto NT-01s are going on this week and I already put new pads/fluid/lines on in prep for the track again on May 7 (tentatively). can't wait to see how the setup will work on good brakes/tires at the track!

    vibration

I just installed UMI bolt in sfc, lca and brackets, strano lowering springs and koni shocks, phb, shock tower brace, Dynatech header system, corsa cat back, transgo shift kit, FTP intake, baer rotors, hawk pads, and braided steel lines. The car has a vibration that get worse the faster you go. The car is 01 camaro ss vert with 18000 miles. Any suggestions.

What you installed is a UMI setup using some of my parts. You'll notice that my handling packs do not have LCA's, or brackets, and we never ever have a problem. My car in fact has stock LCA's and no brackets, and that's how most setups I personally do are, and sbusequent parts are added only after we identify a need for a change.

I don't know what you tell you, could be the settings on your LCA brackets, or the length of the LCA's themselves if adjustable.

My first thought is have you had you checked the balence of your tires? Most of the things you have done should not affect your car that way. Best bet if not the tires is to look at the LCAs and PHB.

The lca are non adjustable. Should I take off the relocation brakets and see if the vibration goes away. Thanks for your quick respose.

Check your U-joints. The different driveshaft angle may be causing the vibration. Pull the shaft out, and work the joints, to see if there's any binding.
