I am trying to remember. I saw a post on LS1tech about this with hotchkis springs and koni's. I believe the rears are set to 1/2 turn from soft and 4 sweeps from full soft in the front. I will look for the thread and I will confirm this.

I have mine set 4 sweeps from full firm in front and 1/2 turn from full soft in the rear and I'm on Strano Springs.

There is no perfect setting for everybody cause different people will like different things. Experimenting with the settings is the only way to figure out what you like. I would recomend you start at 4-5 sweeps from full firm in the front and full soft in the rear and then fine tune it to your taste from there.

take them to full stiff then back off from there. The bouncyness is the rebound-a soft rebound = more bounce.

Depends on what he considers a "bounce". If he's underdamped and getting a float, he needs more damping. If he's overdamped and the car always moving with the road because its so firm, he needs to soften the damping some.

I certainly can't tell which he has, so I can't recommend anything specific to him.

that's my issue, but with the progressive springs, it's crap no matter what setting i'm on. hoping to get some strano specials from santa.

1 from full soft rear and 3 from full hard front ( 7-8 sweeps are in the front shocks)

    Found the info.
A good place to start is 4 sweeps from full hard in the front and 1/2 turn from full soft in the rear. You can go from there.

actually, you should work from the other end... you want to be able to determine when the shocks are overpowering the spring and not letting the spring do its job (overdamping). start softer and work your way up.

Okay so the single adjustable will only do 4 sweeps (full turn) either way?

The fronts have about 8-9 total sweeps.
