Help!!! Wheel hop or rearend going????

I have had this realy bad banging coming from the rear ever since I installed my LT headers. I feel like this is wheel hop but I am not sure. It only happens when I romp on it in first or second gear and when the RPM's get up high enough to break the tires loose. Or at least I think it is breaking the tires loose. Is this wheel hop or is my rearend giong south? I just checked the tire pressures out and they are at 30 psi so the pressure isnt too high. An I getting enough extra HP from my header install that it could cause wheel hop? If it is infact wheel hop will LCA's help the problem and what else helps?

have you checked to see if any of the exhaust is hitting the car? the headers sis add more overall power. relocation brackets and trailing arms will help if it really is wheel hop.

I had issues with the y pipe banging but I already fixed that problem. Now the sound is coming more from the rear. Maybe the exhaust is hitting where the pipe goes over the axle. Is that possible?

that would be a consistant rattle proportional to the RPMs

Seems kinda suspicious to me though that this started right after your header install. I'd maybe give it a good going over and see any suspect places it could hit back there and put chalk or something on the body and take it out and get it to do it again and check the chalk for marks.
