heater hose mod gone wrong???
I did the hose mod and now the passenger side sits a half inch higher. after I got done I raised the car up under the axle to see how much clearance I had with the bump stops (I have sportlines). on the drivers side the axle is touching the bump stops but on the passenger side there's a half inch of space between the axle and the bump stop. I haven't adjusted my phb or my TA yet so I don't know if that could be it..
if anyones got an answer let me know

more than likely you didn't seat the spring correctly.

Things to concider.
Are the Sportlines new or used?? Did you pre measure, it may have already been off the 1/2", Stock shocks?? Could be the shocks also and may be worn out some.
Sportlines sag after awhile each may even sag differently, if you're already sitting on the bump stops you're in for a bumpy ride. If the spacer is still in place on the bump stops I'd remove them.
The phb is for side to side adj, the TA might not be much help either.Last edited by redracer1; 07-07-2010 at 02:22 PM.

Jacking up on the differential does not guarantee the the care is being suspended level. maybe the jack was more to one side than the other. Personally, I would get some rubber on and let the car rest correctly before making a decision.
Swap shocks to the opposite sides. That will tell you if you have a shock or a spring going down. The bad shock will be lower. If it doesn't change, you might have a spring go down.

they're brand new springs.
I've got billstein shocks
I can't put it on the ground right now because I'm in the process of istalling a new k member. I took the springs out today and put them back in to make sure they were seated right. I've got the car up on 4 Jack stands under the frame rails. my 3-1/4 ton Jack is busy holding up the motor right now and my pussy little 1 ton Jack doesn't go up high enough to fully load the suspension so I'm going to have to wait until I'm done with the k member to see what's up back there.

damnit I thought that was it! lol
also I plan on running 19s back there soon so I'll probably put the isolators back in at that time. right now I've got 275/40-17 so there's no wheel clearance problems at the moment. I don't know how I feel about the car riding on the bump stops though so I hope everything evens out when I put it back on the ground
