    drag shocks

I need some good drag shocks. where to get them and what ones are working best.

on stock springs i can pull a 1.675 60' Best on my 245 nittos on a good day at the track. now when i am on the street they tend to blow off more easier, and sometimes at the track it will spin to a 1.71-1.75 60'

so i am wondering if a good drag shock will help keep the 60' more consistent or even better at the track and street.

I looked in jegs and summit but they don't give real good explinations on what ones do what.

i use competition engineering rear adjustable shocks. hard to say, how much more they'll help.

I use QA1's. I run the 300lb front spring with the "R" series single adjustible shocks up front, regular 12 way single adjustibles out back. Got them here:http://www.spohn.net/?action=shop&pcid=1132 So far these have cut a tength off my 60 ft times. The Strange shocks listed there will do the same.

I have only been to the track twice since adding the shocks but the tires were 26x10.5x16' ET Streets. Time before the shocks were 1.75, after the shocks got 1.65 60ft time. However I just got some 26x10.5x15' ET Streets for my Weld Prostars (got rid of the drag radials I had on em) so I expect lower 60ft times next time out.
