    Question Convertible shocks

Been trying to find the tops of my rear shocks. The books don't talk about location on convertibles. Any help?

On my SS non-vert i had to take the carpet up behind the rear seat and the moldings(interior) off..youll see the tops sticking up there.but not sure with the vert..might be in the far back of the trunk area since you dont have the big rear window(hatch).

The clue is to look for the perforations in the back carpet, behind the rear sets. Lay the seat forward and you can "unzip" the carpet on the perforations.

Just follow the shocks up from the bottom, look at where they go through the trunk and then remove the trim that covers that area. You should have slits in the carpet to allow access to the shock nuts and bushings. What shocks are you putting in ?
