For autocross, contact Sam Strano at stranoparts.com. He's a multi-time national autox champ and if you buy from him he'll give you setup advice. I'd recommend Koni adjustable shocks, his lowering springs, swaybars, UMI subframe connectors, adjustable panhard bar, Hawk HP+ or race specific pads, and some sticky road racing rubber.

If money is no problem, replace the Panhard Bars with a Watts Link.

A great handling f-body starts off with great shocks folks, and for autoX for our f-bodies, Koni's are hands-down the greatest weapon you can put on your car!!!
Sam Strano's springs and front/rear swaybars, Koni's, adjustable panhard rod to re-center your axle due to the aftermarket springs causing your rear end to get slightly off-center, SFC's, sticky tires and aggressive brake pads, and you got yourself a pretty bad-ASS canyon carver!
Watts link rear suspension is icing on the cakeThe Black 2001 SS #5697
T-tops, 6-spd/B&M ripper, ARH LT's/GMMG/CME, Volant, Koni DA's & GC coilovers, Strano frt & rear sways, G2(SFC's w/v-braces, STB, adj PHR), Wilwood 6-piston red calipers frnt brakes w/13" 2-pc rotors, RKSport(clear front & rear corners, c-f grill), chrome Z06 wheels

and all that I typed above is also conducive to which category you will be autocrossing in, as they may/may not allow certain suspension upgrades for your vehicle, so if you're serious about autoXing, then you need to find out the regulations for the category that you want to compete in.
Now, if you just want a great handling f-body then the above still applies
