Adjustable A-Arms

What is the point to adjustable upper AND lower a-arms? Would it be to move the wheel in and out of the wheel well?

If not, can the combination of the two be used to do so if wanted?*

*My driver side wheel is in more than my passenger side by about 1/2".

the lowers are to adjust wheel camber on lowered cars

you asked about uppers AND LOWERS..... since I only know about the lowers that's the one I answered.

if you already knew what the lowers were for than why did you ask about them?????

Sorry for the confusion...I was talking about the combination of the two, not the two individually.
