I am thinking about either getting the tunnel mounted adjustable torque arm or Adjustable Lower control arms with relocation brackets. My car is a Stock ride height 6M.

I do not want any clunking or as little as possible. But some more rear tire grip would be cool.

Then you want a full length torque arm. If go with UMI get the Torque Arm relocation crossmember. It will talk the TA,off the tail cone of the transmission.

LCA's are always a good choice.

LCA's and better tires will probably do the most for better tire grip. You didn't mention what tires you currently have on the car so I'm assuming standard street radials.

Yes. I would get at least a single adjustable LCA. It lets you make the adjustments later on if you get better springs or change ride height.

The reason I said full length torque arm is the short ones tend to make some noise.

Scott is right. When you install the lower control arms with the relocation brackets, you want to install the lower control arm into the lowest hole of the bracket.

And once you get in some hp mods consider welding in the brackets. I snapped one early this yr. Had to weld them to my 8.8 rear.

But I'm also putting 450 ftlbs of tq to my rear.

BMR had a clearance sale for boxed LCA so I picked a set up. I'm going to install them first check out the rear for any other issues or bad bushing then put the relocation brackets on.

1982 - 2002 GM F-Body Transmission Mounted Adjustable Torque Arm. You want that one from umi and get the torque arm relocation bracket so you don't snap the transmission tail shaft.

Something else to look at while your under there is getting a Midwest chassis driveshaft safety loop. Theirs tuck up into the drive shaft tunnel unlike other brands. Braces the tunnel and provides some safety in case the drive shaft ever breaks
