Z28 clutch vs. Z06 clutch is it the same???
Is the stock clutch assembly in my 2002 Z28 the same clutch assembly which comes in a 2002 Z06?
I ask because after only 24k my clutch is slipping when I bang second after the headders and intake have been done on my camaro. Before I go with an aftermarket clutch assembly with a stronger clamping pressure I want to know if the Z06 vette shares the same clutch assembly from the factory as my car, and if it is stronger than the LS1 clutch. If thats the case I have a hook-up at the local chevy store and I will just order the Z06 clutch to cure my problem.
Does anyone know for sure?Last edited by alamantia; 03-29-2006 at 03:02 PM.
