    What do I need?

Ok I am picking up a moser 12 bolt with 4.10 gears and detriot locker without the traction control. As of now I dont know anything else about it cept it use to be on a 94 Trans Am.
    My car is a 96 M6 with T/C.
Questions is, do I have to remove my traction control now and how do I do so if i need to, and can factory torque arm fit it? and what about drive shaft?

Torque arm and driveshaft should be fine. You might have to switch out the rear ujoint not sure on that one. You dont have to remove tc. With out the seperate rear channels the abs light will stay on and your abs/tc wont work.

depends if it came with 3 of 4 channel? if the hook ups are there. U really dont need traction control anyways.

Well traction control is nice for when it rains down here. I like having the option.
But my question is if ABS will not work. That's another great feature.

Abs wont work. The new rear has the abs ring mounted on the carrier. With tc the sensors are out near the axle flange. You might be able to talk to moser about converting it.

ABS must be a generational thing becuase everytime I feel ABS come on I hate it. Hearing it's a nice feature is odd for me. I guess it just shows I'm getting older. When I began driving you actually had to pump the brake yourself, seems the vehicle will drive for us soon too. Sorry

I have had my car for years and only felt it once. My subaru on the other hand comes on even if I turn to fast into a parking spot. I could do without it.
