i have a 95 camaro z28 after my clutch install the trans will not go into gear when the car is on

If it does it when the car is off then you have air in the hydraulic system probably. What happens if you pump the clutch several times?

Did you fully bleed the clutch??

Definitely sounds like the clutch isn't disengaging.
