squeaky clutch pedal

My clutch pedal squeaks. Is there anything I can lube to quiet it down? It's quite noisy and can sometimes be heard over the radio/engine...

It's most likely the bushings that the pedal rotates on. Look at the pedal assembly and you will see where the pedal rotates. Spray that with wd40 and see if it quiets down or stops.

i dunno if anyone's still readin this but mine squeaks too, and i tried to wd40 it and got down there and realized that the noise was actually coming from the hydraulic thing... sorry dont know the name of it, but anyway it's not real noticeable but i can feel it. What would i do to fix that?

+1...mine always squeaked a lot right before it broke. I went through about 7 or 8 of them, then the car was not under warranty any more. Cost to replace here in Canada is about $70 for the part alone, so I just don't replace it any more.

I did like the feel of the pedal better with it, but it isn't a necessary part.
