    Reverse Gear

Whenever I put the car into reverse (M6) it pops back out. Does anyone else have this problem? its like its not fully engaging the gears and just slips back out, makes a horrible bang noise everytime also. It seems to be getting worse. Am I going to have to replace the reverse gear? or something else maybe?

The wear pads are gone on your reverse shift fork. You have to hold it in gear to back up don't you?

I have not actually tried holding it in reverse while backing, I will give it a whirl though, thanks

That doesn't seem to work too well either, Whenever I put my clutch in I will just have to look at the reverse gears.
