    Pulling out of Gear

Is it harmful to pull the stick out of gear when not pushing down on the clutch? I noticed some gears like 4th are very easy to just pull out (without clutch) while others are a real struggle to force it out.

no... but it wears the syncros out...

did you know if your properly rev match you can shift with otu using the clutch? of course you'd need it for 1st gear but after that no...

Test it out. Just keep some pressure on the stick as your rpms rise and it will pretty much come out on its own, then let the rpms fall and slowly push the gas while keeping pressure on the stick(towards your next gear) and once you hit that sweet spot it will glide right in. Youll figure out the spots pretty quick.
