    i had both and would pick the pro 5.0, love the feel and the way how it goes from 2nd to 3rd was the deciding factor for me. Either way i think there both pretty good shifters.

    I recently did a pro 5.0 swap and ordered a ws6 short stick to go with it. I loved the shifting with the short stick of the ws6, but only one problem was apparent. The ws6 short stick is not angled down on the bolts that go onto the pro 5.0 which leads the actually stick to be far to the passengers side. 5/6/R is like all the way to right of the shifting area. Your first/second would be where your neutral should be. I just put on the regular pro 5.0 stick and its a bit too long, but its actually angled correctly. I will probably end up doing what most people here do, cut the pro stick because they have like 1 foot of threads on it.

    Have you ever used a Pro 5.0? If you have you will see the difference. The 50 is more crisp smoother and just feels better to me. I had all three, and the best one I like is Pro 5.0

    That is just me. Some like vanilla some llike chocolate.

    is the b &m shifter angled at all? the shaft itself. I have it for my 02 vette and its just a straight shaft. is it the same for the t/a? ive seen a few pics of it angled

    I had a ripper years ago for my TA and it was angled.

    its an old thread but good so ill post lol.

    i have the pro 5.0 and love it, the only issue is having to be very precise shifting to 4th, other than that its smooth crisp and a million times better than stock.

    i had a b&m ripper in my old t-bird sc. it was o..k.. not something i was overly impressed with obviously as i went with the 5.0 for my maro. needed some machining to work properly and felt almost stock, just shorter throws
