    New Clutch

    Hey guys im new here, just picked up an 01 ws6 with 72k on it and I would like to get a new clutch. You guys have any reccomendations/experience with good brands? Thanks for any help

    LS7 clutch kit is the way to go. It is cheap and made by GM, and will handle probably up to around 450rwhp.

    dont fuck around GO WITH A CARTEK if i could do it all again thats what i would do!! I know a few people who beat the piss out of them 50xxx+ miles and they still look new, thats with many track passes. You may say ill never need that i dont plan on having that much power haha, but once you start it dont stop haha just my .02 and there daily driven

    Thanks and not quite sure probably just headers maybe a cam, I already have intake and a cat back, what do yup reccomend?

    im not sure on price but if you have a budget it wont work they are around 1100!! but ive been through two already, (not driver error lol)

    LS7 Clutch, i just installed mine. And i would get it from KY Speed... they have an awsome deal on the clutch/flywheel kit for your car under $500 shipped i think

    going with the rest as long as your going to keep it pretty much stockish...other wise go ahead and get a beefier clutch like the monster stg3 or equivalant so you wont have to tear into it again

    I was told that Cartek does not make clutches anymore.

    Good choice. I would choose that any day over the LS7.
