    Need New Clutch or something else?

    I have a 98 SS with 71,000 miles and the factory clutch is still in it. About a month ago it started when I would shift gears the clutch pedal would stay about half way down to the floor and I would have to lift it up with foot. The problem has gotten worse and today the clutch seemed not work at all. Any ideas?

    Sounds like a slave/MC issue. Those still original? Ever changed the hydraulic fluid?

    Ok got the clutch bleed and worked fine for a couple miles of driving then back to the same thing. My mechanic seems to think its the master cylinder.
