Need New Clutch? Or Rebuild Trans?

Couple Quick Questions. My car is popping out of gear, When I am at a stop then try to put it in gear once in a while when I let off the clutch it will just pop out, also when I shift gears sometimes it doesnt want to go in and when it does it will pop out once in a while. I figure its either I need a new clutch or rebuild the trans? If I need to rebuild the trans, what parts will I need?


I know this clutch is used and since I cant really tell how bad the wear is, is this clutch really worth $550 used?
