ls7 clutch kit

Hey guys I got a ls7 luk clutch kit comes with pressure plate,slave,clutch disc,and ls2 fly wheel.. My question is can I use the ls7 slave and pressure plate on my ls1 camaro??

I can't find any info comparing the 2 slaves. I did use the LS7 clutch kit with my 98 LS1 and OEM slave with no issues. The crap that is sold at the parts stores I've had a friend go thru 3 in the last yr, since he's gone back to OEM he's had zero issues.


I'm even still using the LS OEM slave with my current clutch set up. Monster stg 4 with a 403ci engine, again with zero issues.
