ls7 clutch

thinking about upgrading the clutch to an ls7 , got a 02 Z28, m6 just wondering what would need to run it perfectly fine

Just buy the LS7 clutch kit. Comes with pilot bearing, flywheel, and pressure plate. Good idea to replace the slave cyl. while you have the trans out too! Standard bolt in part so you should be able to replace it, add new fluid and you're good to go.

When I did my clutch last December this is where I got everything:

GM Parts Direct:
Pilot Bearing
Rear Main Seal

Summit:
ARP Flywheel Bolts
ARP Pressure Plate Bolts

KYSpeed:
GM LS7 Clutch Kit
GM 98-02 F-Body Slave Cylinder
Tick Performance Remote Clutch Speed Bleeder Line
Tick Performance Adj Clutch Master Cylinder
