    01 trans am

    Question ?hydraulic lines?

    Driving my car 2day went 2 change gears and there was no peddle. Got out 2 see what the heck was going on seen the steal braided line blown off where it connects 2 the master cyclinder under neath the brake booster. what holds that line on? Is it a clip, a pin or something. And do I have 2 pull out the hole cyclinder 2 reconnect?

    I believe a white clip holds it on. and it would depend on why it broke to whether you would need to get the cylinder out.

    The steel braided line is held in place by a small pin.
