    Hurst comp/plus shifter

Well i'm looking into buying a short shifter. But the problem I have with most of the short shifters on the market for the t56 is that they almost all come with a short stick/shaft(or whatever it's called). Contrary to most I want a longer stick if anything, definetly not a shorter one, I've driven several f-bodies that have shorter sticks on their short shifter and I really hate the feel. So after looking around I ran into this hurst comp/plus shifter, I've seen it installed in some fbodies and I think the height is just right for me. What are yalls opinions on this shifter? Do I have any other options if I want a longer stick coupled with a short shifter?

That's alot like my Hurst BilletPro shifter. Stock height, but less travel.

well I got the chance to put in the new shifter today. I must say I'm quite satisfied. Shifts firmed up, no more miss shifts. I also like how the shaft is angled towards the driver and a good bit longer than the stock shifter. Shifts are effortless and def. quicker, so much so that i'm def. holding the clutch down less between shifts than before, I've had to quicken my clutch release lol.
