    2002 Camaro SS

    Having an issue with Reverse gear (6sp)

    More of than not when i try to engage Reverse it feels as if something is hanging up in the shift mechanism. It's to the point that you can sometimes notice the console moving as you try to put it in gear. What is the issue here? Thanks

    Sounds like there might be a problem with the reverse lock out mechanism, which locks reverse while the car is in motion, for obvious safety reasons.

    Ok. I will look into it. Nice lookin car btw. Black on Black is a direction I was thinking about taking.
