hard to shift

I think I'm having syncro problems. I haven't driven my Z in about two weeks cause its been raining. I drove it yesterday, its been clear for a few days but its been cold. Shifts 1-4 seem to be abnormaly hard, 5&6 seem ok. In 1-4 it feels like I can feel the teeth meashing to gether when I shift.

Check the fluid level.

could be fluid low, could be slave cylinder is out but you have an 02, so i don't think thats it...worst case it's the syncs.

oh! check your tranny mount. if that's ripped it'll offset the tranny and make shifting a BITCH.

Well on friday I had some spare time and the Z was due for an oil change, sence I was under it I just changed the trans fluid, It was maybe a 1/2 pint low. The oil was pink, but you could see it had some general wear and tear contamiats in it. She shifts smooth now.
