Grinding with the clutch all the way in

I'm driving a 99' Trans Am with 131,000 miles on it.

Sometimes when I shift, the gears grind even when I make sure the clutch is all the way in, this usually happens in 3rd gear only. Do you guys have any idea on what could be causing it?

I heard that it could be being caused by an aging rev synchronizer or something of that sort, do you guys have any thoughts?
