    Question Good or bad idea.

I replaced my trans fluid (2002 T-56 m6) with B&M trick shift... test drive felt great. The gear changes were smooth and I felt a bit more positive it is in gear. I did the ole' hand on the trans case temp check and its hot but not so hot that i cant bare it for a minute or so, and that's after a 30 mile mostly 80mph drive with about a 10 mile 60mph cool down to my house... so is that stuff eating away at anything or is it just as good as anything else?

As i put miles on the trans feels better and better. Still hard to go from start up into reverse but can be done. Every shift is smooth and crisp. So far so good.

Its amazing what a hydraulic clutch fluid flush and a lube change can do for your transmission and clutch feel. If your having any trouble at all with your trans I would 100% recommend doing a general service first.
