    Exedy LS7 clutch kit?

Anyone use this set up. It's selling on eBay for $319 for the LS7 clutch and billet flywheel. Is this just a cheap knock off?

I don't want to get caught with my pants down buying a cheap set up like this, but if it's worth it, then damn! All the other LS7clutchLS2flywheel combos I have seen are $450.

Cant say for sure.. but I dont think that is the LS7 clutch. It appears to be the old Z06 clutch (LS2?) that they began putting in the LS1's in 00 or 01. Its also not OEM, therefore I would research that company before shelling the money out. Personally I would go with a true LS7 clutch kit from a company you can trust. You get what you pay for especially on ebay. my .02

I wouldn't buy it. People always get on here and bitch about clutches that cost $400-$500 but a really good one is at least $800-$900. Exedy and Luk are two different clutches as far as I know. Luk is no better than stock and never heard much about guys using Exedy either. I'd save for a good clutch.

I installed one, Its the same as my stock 98 SS clutch. works fine but is clearly not the LS7 . A nice replacement of the stock clutch.

Thanks for the input everyone. I'm not going to cheap out on the clutch, I've decided to get the best I can.
